Farrell Salon Payment and Shipping Policies
We understand how important it is for you to receive your products on time. To this end we make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped in the most timely manor possible.
Credit Card Types
Farrell Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for payment of your order.
Secure Payment Transactions
When you use your credit card to make a purchase through our shopping cart, the information you provide is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology ensures that your personal information is protected from outside parties when transmitted from your computer to our server.
When will your order be processed?
All orders placed after 5:30PM PST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. All orders that are placed after 5:30PM PST on Friday will be shipped Tuesday.
Note: Our shipping department is closed Sunday, Monday and most holiday's.
If you place your order on Saturday before 5:30 PM PST (except holidays) and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Note: If you do need Saturday Delivery, your order must be in by 5:30 PM (PST) Friday. Also a FedEx fee of $15 EXTRA will apply to your order.
Out Of Stock Items
We do NOT back order any out of stock products to ship to you at a later date. If any items in your order are out of stock or discontinued, we will ship the remaining items in your order and deduct the item subtotals from your order and from your shipping cost's. If you still need the product, please check our website at a later date or call us at 1-877-787-4247 for US orders and 001-310-289-9260 for order placed outside the US.
Post Office Boxes
Please note that FedEx DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, so you cannot use a P.O. Box as a FedEx to shipping address. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that you use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed for verification.
Shipping costs are calculated by FedEx, our shopping cart is connected to the FedEx.com 'real-time' shipping rate calculator. When you get to the shopping cart just click on the FedEx Logo to get your choice of FedEx shipping options and cost's for your order.
Note: FedEx does not offer every shipping option available for all areas, when you enter your shipping zip or postal code, and country into the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page, only the shipping options for your area will appear.
Farrell Hair Replacement Inc., owns two physical locations (Los Angeles and New York). We also conduct Tours where you can meet us in various cities throughout the world.
If you live in an area where we have a local distributor we send your contact request to that distributor and they will contact you. You will then be the distributor's customer and must always work directly with the distributor. The parent company, Farrell Hair Replacement Inc., is not involved or liable with any matters concerning your hair replacement systems. We only produce the hair systems to their specifications. You always have the option of working directly through the parent company, Farrell Hair Replacement Inc., by meeting us at one of our locations or at a Tour city where we come to you.
